Executive for Quality and Safety Management
A high-performing Executive is required to lead the development and implementation of quality and food safety programs in line with regulatory and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions on Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) for employees, performing quality process audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and safety processes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive food safety and risk management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality management systems that meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees on food safety best practices and FSMS policies.
- Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
