Job Opportunity

The Senior Creative Strategist plays a pivotal role in our Creative Team, overseeing creative responsibilities across multiple brands.

This includes conceptualizing campaigns, scriptwriting, and copywriting.

As a senior member of the team, you will manage junior resources, guiding them on all creative initiatives based on your own vision.

Closely collaborating with the New Business team, you will contribute to innovative ideas and develop compelling pitches.

You will present comprehensive campaign plans and narrate scripts for clients across various brands.

To maintain exceptional quality, you will pursue awards to bring recognition to the team.

Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will receive feedback and references for campaigns and other tasks.

This role requires close coordination with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on daily tasks ranging from topical posts to annual strategies.

Additionally, you will provide visual direction to the graphic design team on any idea or concept that originates from your team.

Your key responsibilities include breaking down briefs to junior creatives, working on revisions based on internal or external feedback, and setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.

Throughout the production process, you will be actively involved, from idea generation to final product upload.

You will conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay updated with industry developments and online trends.
