Service Technician Role

As a key member of our service team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through efficient service delivery.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide on-site service support by addressing customer complaints, attending commissioning calls, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues for installations across the region.

This role is instrumental in improving service turnaround time and driving business opportunities.

  • Attend customer sites to resolve field complaints and provide timely service support.
  • Handle commissioning calls to ensure correct installation, testing, and performance verification.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with preference for Gas Engine experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Gas Engine experience preferred).
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent technical troubleshooting ability.
  • Knowledge of installation and commissioning standards.
  • Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timely closure of customer complaints.
  • Reduction in service TAT & MTTR.
  • Number of commissioning activities completed successfully.
