Job Title: Enterprise X++ Developer

Role Overview

We seek an experienced enterprise software developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing, customizing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions using X++. You will collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions for complex business processes in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Build and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design through deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with D365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills written and spoken.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ISVs like Exflow SignUp TAS or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines version control and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
