Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead multiple project teams and work closely with clients and onsite teams to identify high-impact business problems that can be solved through AI-based solutions.

You will translate business problems into clear analytics problem statements, design plans to develop and deploy advanced analytics and data solutions, and own the execution of those plans. You will also measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business and financial metrics.

  • Lead project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, BI experts, and data/ML engineers.
  • Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams to identify high-impact business problems.
  • Translate business problems into clear analytics problem statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems into analytics and data problem statements.
