Technical Lead

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee and guide our development team. This individual will have strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the aforementioned technologies, including integration across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will possess solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using the above-mentioned technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems and frontend applications.
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
    • SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)
    • SAP UI5 / Fiori
    • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
