Agile Project Lead

Our ideal candidate will lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.

As an Agile Project Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and anchor agile teams across various projects and conduct sprint ceremonies following Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and strategies.
  • Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams.
  • Monitor project performance and progress.
  • Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
