Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and communication skills.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
  • You possess excellent customer service principles and processes.
  • You have a solid understanding of sales principles and can effectively communicate product information to customers.
  • You have relevant product knowledge and experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments.
  • You have key skills and competencies including good communication skills, customer service orientation, patience, adaptability, stress tolerance, high energy level, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon arrival and provide support.
  • Listen to customer preferences and provide clear explanations to meet their needs.
  • Display products and entice customers to make purchases.
  • Diskuss services and products offered by the store, educating customers on available options.
  • Provide customers with necessary information, including pricing and product details.
  • Demonstrate product use and operation.
  • Advise customers on suitable products within their budget.
  • Assist with wrapping and bagging of purchased items.
  • Acquire customer details and create customer codes.
  • Provide cashier with pricing data and product weights.
  • Assist with payment processing and maintain sales records.
  • Report to Store Manager for daily activities and tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as required, prioritizing customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
