Key Role: Product Strategy Expert

The ideal candidate will drive strategic elements of product strategy and operations within our global organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Review industry reports, competitor updates, and emerging trends to identify potential opportunities or risks.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and industry research to inform strategic product decisions.
  • Strategic Roadmap Support: Collaborate with product managers and leadership to define and prioritize initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Metric Tracking: Define and monitor key product and operational metrics (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Experience: At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in product strategy, product operations, management consulting, or a similar role in a technology or product-driven organization.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
    • Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for various audiences.
