To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
- Oversee the development of projects and ensure team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding company standards
- Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes
- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as document the project's scope, budget, and justification
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
- Minimum of five years' experience in the industry
- Minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous
- Strong leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
