Project Management Office Director
AES Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Management Office Director to lead our project management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
