
Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to ensure our company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support, accounting assistance, and maintaining company records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secretarial Support: Assist with day-to-day secretarial activities, including preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).
- Accounting Support: Provide assistance in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
- Statutory Compliances: Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
- Company Secretarial Records: Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
- Compliance Documentation: Assist in drafting simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
- Digital Signature Certificate: Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
Requirements:
- Graduate Degree: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
- Skills: Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances. Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
- Presentation Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
