Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Higher Education Guidance Specialist to guide students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad. You will provide personalized guidance, assist with admission and visa processes, and ensure high student satisfaction and successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one guidance sessions to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, including application filing, documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
