As a Student Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling prospective students on various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by our institution.
  • Providing guidance to students through data calling and online chat sessions.
  • Advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  • Collecting feedback from participants and consolidating the same.
  • Handling queries over the phone and converting leads to admissions.
  • Recording and maintaining calls on given leads.
  • Maintaining telephonic and walk-in records for the day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
