We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Program Manager to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security frameworks across the organization.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and others as applicable.
  • Internal Auditing & Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular internal reviews of security practices, identify gaps or vulnerabilities, and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Policy & Procedure Management: Develop, review, update, and enforce robust security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a strong security posture.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Expertise: Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Communication Skills: Experience communicating complex security concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Preferred qualifications include CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or similar certifications.
