The Work We Do

We create sleek, modern and efficient websites that look great and deliver phenomenal uptime, security, SEO and accessibility. All of our clients are in the US and European markets. We work on four kinds of engagements: Website Builds, Site Redesigns, Regular Maintenance and Lift-Shift projects.

We have established partnerships with – and are experts in – the top CMS products including :

Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Webflow, Contentful and WordPress. As a company, we have the ability to deliver websites on any of these platforms.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Proposal Writer to join our team. This position is 100% Remote and can be based anywhere in India.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information, and coordinating with key providers and other internal contributors for additional information if needed.
  • Produce quality responses to RFPs by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone.
  • Obtain approvals and submit completed proposals to the requester.
  • Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received.
  • Gather and store feedback on proposals to help improve proposal content and process.

Bonus Skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Absolutely indispensable skills include MBA degree, technical background and experience with enterprise CMS based websites, two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs, excellent writing, organizational, communication and planning skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines efficiently, strong critical thinking ability, and ability to work independently.
