We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Tax Professional to join our tax practice. As a seasoned expert, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients, utilizing your expertise to meticulously prepare and review U.S. individual and business tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of tax forms and their implications to accurately prepare and review client tax returns.
  • Manage the entire tax preparation process, from document collection to client signatures, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Analyze year-over-year data to identify missing information or documents, ensuring comprehensive and accurate returns.
  • Collaborate closely with owners to ensure timely and precise completion of returns.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • IRS Enrolled Agent status or pursuing it.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience preparing U.S. individual tax returns.
  • Proficiency in navigating tax software and confidently handling tax-related documents.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, combined with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in individual and business tax return preparation.
  • Familiarity with W2s, 1098s, 1099s, K-1s, and schedules such as E and C.
  • Skilled in completing accurate extensions with balance due payments.
