We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team and supervising reconciliations related to Product Master, Client Master, Vendor Master, Service Master, Data Governance, and Data Quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and supervise reconciliations done by the team
  • Guiding the team to perform their day-to-day tasks
  • Ensuring completion of tasks within given TAT meeting all quality parameters
  • Suggesting improvement and innovation to process faster and qualitative reconciliation

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to identify problems, evaluate several options, and support a solution
  • Good control over the entire process
  • Alignment with company strategies
  • Motivating and developing strong working relationships with team members
