Key Job Responsibilities

The BIM Coordinator will serve as the pivotal link between design, documentation, and digital execution. This role blends hands-on BIM modeling and documentation with strategic oversight and team mentorship.

  • Collaborate with project architects, designers, and global studios to ensure seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.
  • Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects within the Mumbai studio.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role.
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD).
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects – preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies.
