This is a job opportunity in the finance and accounting domain with a focus on PTP, RTR, and OTC processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • PTP: Invoice processing for PO and non-PO, payment processing and banking, vendor query resolution, employee expense processing, statement reconciliation, vendor clearing, and other monthly reporting tasks.
  • RTR: Journal entry processing, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks and reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing.
  • OTC: Cash application and allocation, credit management understanding, credit insurance and follow-up, forecasting of cash flows, order approvals, and other monthly reporting.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of education and 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes.
  • Perform day-to-day accounts payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment).
  • Follow documented procedures, understand client processes, be an active team player with good communication and documentation skills.
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of relevant F&A processes.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills.
