We are seeking a detail-oriented and quick Senior Accounting Specialist to handle multiple accounting and tax engagements related to individuals and business entities.

Job Description

This role involves maintaining and analyzing books and records, assisting clients with monthly and year-end closings, preparing and reviewing individual, corporate and partnership tax returns, providing complete and accurate work papers, offering feedback to improve efficiency and enhance profit of entrepreneurial clients, assisting in the selection of accounting software, designing and implementing appropriate accounting systems and processes.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years public accounting experience
  • CPA or CPA eligible
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Strong tax preparation skills related to individual, corporate and partnership tax returns
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and tax preparation software
