What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated and savvy Email Marketing Specialist for B2B lead generation to join our corporate salary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing and a proven track record of generating leads at scale through this channel.
Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop data-driven email marketing strategies aligned with quarterly presales targets, segment audiences based on key personas and behaviors, and establish KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Email Content Creation and Management: Craft compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs tailored to specific target audiences, conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement, and maintain mobile-responsive, user-friendly email templates that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Email Automation and Workflow Management: Design automated workflows, including drip campaigns, to nurture leads through the sales funnel, and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their engagement and behaviors.
- List Management and Database Hygiene: Ensure the accuracy of email lists through regular cleaning and segmentation, utilize CRM tools for efficient database management, and minimize bounce rates by removing inactive or invalid addresses.
- Compliance and Deliverability: Ensure adherence to email marketing regulations, monitor deliverability rates, and use tools to enhance inbox placement, preventing emails from being filtered as spam.
- Managing Other Lead Generation Channels: Take full ownership of additional lead generation channels, effectively managing inputs and outputs to achieve targeted outcomes.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
