We are seeking a highly skilled Statistical Expert to lead our statistical programming efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned programmer to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of our statistical programming standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining statistical programming standards and best practices, providing technical expertise and leadership in the development of statistical programs, collaborating with statisticians and other stakeholders to understand and address their programming needs, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and statistical outputs, troubleshooting and resolving programming issues and challenges, mentoring and training junior programmers and other team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of programming processes and tools, designing and implementing efficient programming solutions to meet project requirements, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality programming deliverables, and staying updated with the latest advancements in statistical programming and incorporating relevant techniques into practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, extensive experience in statistical programming, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting, proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python, strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
