Senior Statistical Developer

As a senior statistical programmer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. We are committed to delivering exceptional clinical experiences across the drug development journey, and we need talented professionals like you to help us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- To exceed expectations as a lead statistician
- To implement global regulatory standards such as CDISC
- To develop and maintain internal SAS programming conventions
- To lead programming efforts on assigned studies and ensure accuracy and completeness of activities for support programmers
- To create and maintain project timelines and tools to enhance quality and efficiency of processes
- To prepare programming specifications for SDTM, ADaM, and other derived datasets
- To apply knowledge of SAS programming to program/develop and/or validate statistical outputs according to the analysis plan and specifications; including tables, listings and figures, xml/Reviewer's Guide, integrated summaries and ad hoc analyses
- To review case report form design and provide input
- To serve as a mentor to junior programmers and maintain awareness of scope of work to actual work, alerting management of potential change orders or resourcing needs
- To collaborate with cross-functional team members for accurate statistical outputs and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- To promote visibility outside of the functional area and effectively interact cross-functionally and in industry
- SAS programming expertise
- Knowledge of CDISC and regulatory standards
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior programmers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
