Lead Statistician Programmer Role

This is a technical expert position that requires extensive knowledge of CDISC and other industry standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of standardized programming tools, macros, and SOPs for efficiency and compliance.

The successful candidate will collaborate with biostatistics and programming teams to establish guidelines, policies, and procedures. They will develop and optimize programming tools and macros for standardization and efficiency. Additionally, they will serve as a subject matter expert on CDISC standards and provide guidance and training to Biostatistics and other departments on CDISC usage.

The role involves leading multiple complex projects and requiring excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming and experience working in clinical trial environments.
