FP&A Manager Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A manager to join our finance team. This role will be instrumental in business partnering, driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and creating efficiencies through optimizations across the business.

The ideal candidate is a qualified professional with strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. Key skills include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units.">
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior leadership.">
  • Support strategic initiatives including optimizations and cost control.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.">
  • Presentation of actionable insights to leadership to influence business decisions.">
  • Support long-term financial strategy development and business planning.">
  • Participation in strategic planning discussions with executive management.">
  • Development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using data visualization tools.">
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives.">

Technical & Analytical:

  • CA with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.">
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and concepts.">
  • Advanced Excel skills. Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.">
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.">
