Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to develop and execute campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the brand, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
• Manage and optimize hotel website content and user experience to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
• Utilize digital analytics tools to monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions
• Oversee social media strategy and content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive direct bookings
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Technologies preferred
• Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems
