Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead our projects and deliver exceptional results.

  • Provide full project management support, including eDiscovery tools training, account setup, platform infrastructure, keyword searches, and generating reports and statistics (training and support provided)
  • Collaborate with the data team to monitor data intake, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address and mitigate them
  • Facilitate document productions, ensure deadlines are met, track progress, and provide regular internal updates
  • Support multiple regions, including tracking P&L, ensuring quality, managing risks, building client relationships, and handling reporting and communication
Requirements
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and delivering meaningful contributions
  • Availability to work across multiple shifts, including APAC, UK, and US
  • Ability to collaborate across various projects, teams, offices, and countries, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey accurate information clearly over calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Confident in independent decision-making, prioritization, knowing when to seek help, and following the escalation process
