Senior Financial Leader for Balance Sheet Management

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Leader to join our Balance Sheet team in the Finance & Accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Ensure seamless execution of regulatory reporting requirements, maintaining utmost transparency and adherence to statutory norms.
  • MIS and Management Reporting: Design, implement, and manage robust MIS and management reporting systems to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Internal and External Audits: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of audits, address audit observations, and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial reporting processes.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Mentor and supervise a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience: In-depth expertise in financial reporting, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Ideal Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IGAAP
    • Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle)
    • Advanced MS Excel
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
