Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team in managing our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating daily operational tasks, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for learners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of our LMS, including uploading content and ensuring it goes live smoothly.
  • Act as a liaison between learners and educators to address any issues and ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks, ensuring all activities run seamlessly.
  • Support the team in content-related tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring accuracy before content goes live.
  • Maintain and manage internal documentation and spreadsheets, utilizing Google Sheets to track tasks and data.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
