Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead our security program. This critical role will strengthen our organization's security posture, ensure compliance with global standards, and serve as a key liaison with clients regarding our security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Program Development: Lead the development and execution of security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and others as applicable.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Internal Auditing & Follow-Up: Conduct internal reviews of security practices, identify gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensure timely remediation.
  • Policy & Procedure Management: Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
