Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing expert guidance on security-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in the management and prioritization of major design and enhancements, major incident activities, problem management, stability analysis, and on-call support. Additionally, you will provide solutioning for customer requirements, handle and troubleshoot priority incidents, patch and handle changes, create knowledge base articles and technical documentation, and perform log analysis on GPAM component servers.

Your duties will also include opening CyberArk tickets, setting up different test systems, opening or prolonging firewall changes, and providing 24/7 on-call support. You will also coordinate with the engineering team and process owners to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Business Analyst responsibilities
  • Unix and Windows Administration
  • Knowledge in networking/CCNA certification
