Job Title: Cybersecurity Manager

This is a senior-level cybersecurity role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee all aspects of information security and compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for regular policy reviews, process assessments based on cyber security best practices and standards, proactive assessment of technology capabilities, and security assurance for new and existing applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with InfoSec policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective cybersecurity measures to protect company assets
  • Manage security risks and vulnerabilities through continuous monitoring and mitigation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely availability of required inputs
  • Track and report sub-functional planned activities to higher management

Tech Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Information Security and Compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of current best practice management tools and techniques
  • Basic knowledge of Networking, Systems, Voice and business applications
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as LA27001, CEH, CISSP, PCIDSS, CISA / CISM are highly valued

  • Good listening and consultative skills
