The role of a Skills Development Specialist is pivotal in enhancing associate engagement, productivity and retention at our upcoming hotel in Lucknow.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive the skills development function, ensuring seamless integration of new associates into the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective orientation programs that align with the Taj Swagat process, promoting a smooth transition for new associates.
  • Coordinate with the L & D Hub Head to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training calendar.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to design and implement employee engagement activities and reward programs that foster a positive work culture.
Functional Competencies
  • Knowledge of HR and corporate sustainability principles to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Effective training skills to engage and develop associates.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office to manage data and reports effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
