Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and independent professional to manage day-to-day HR technology operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will serve as the single point of contact for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements. They will independently manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities will include managing and conducting HR technology audits, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security. The individual will also liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR technology-related matters.
  • Manage daily HR tech operations, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct regular HR technology audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align HR systems with organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR tech/automation background advantageous).
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations, with hands-on system management experience.
  • Knowledge of Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
  • Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across HR and technology functions.
