Job Description

Ensuring the seamless processing of cashless insurance claims is a crucial aspect of this role.

The primary responsibility lies in verifying policy coverage, reviewing medical records, and coordinating with insurance providers to guarantee timely closure for policyholders.

  • Manage end-to-end cashless claims for employees by verifying policy details, reviewing medical records, and communicating effectively with Insurers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries from employees and stakeholders regarding claim status and related queries.
  • Communicate efficiently with healthcare providers to obtain additional information and clarify details whenever required.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or issues that may arise during the processing of cashless claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain precise and accurate records of all claim-related activities, communications, and transactions for documentation and audit purposes.
  • Comply with established service level agreements and performance metrics related to claim processing, turnaround time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
