Job Title: Senior Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims and verify policy documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and process claims payments, ensuring timely submission and tracking of claims.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with claim parties, including correspondence and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and manage day-to-day production to meet service level agreements.
- Apply analytical and reporting skills on Excel to provide insights and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- A degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulations.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in London Insurance Market Claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for success in this role.
- Ability to work from the office and adapt to rotational shifts.
- Immediate starters preferred.
Required Skills:
P&C insurance, Lloyd's market experience, mandate.
