Worko is seeking a senior quality assurance engineer to oversee the development of product quality across B2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to enhance test speed and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure testable requirements and early QA involvement.
- Own release quality: defect triaging, regression runs, and final sign-off.
- Track and report quality KPIs (defect leakage, coverage, build health).
- Conduct performance and basic security testing.
- Mentor junior QAs and promote best practices in testing.
- Champion shift-left testing principles and continuously improve QA processes.
This role requires 3-5 years of QA experience in product-based B2C startups. The ideal candidate should possess strong manual testing skills, proven automation coding skills, hands-on experience handling multiple projects independently, high ownership, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for product quality.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-moving startup environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
