Project Cost Manager

The Project Cost Manager oversees the financial aspects of construction projects, particularly in high-end residential and commercial sectors.

This role entails cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration. The successful candidate will collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study of project scope aligned with design specifications.
  • Validation of technical details received from the design team.
  • Optimization of specifications without any deviation in client requirements.
  • Validation of BOQs and supporting documentation.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to management for approval.
  • Review of RA bills and final invoices.
  • Preparation of amendments.
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual designs.
  • Exploration of new products and securing approvals.
  • Proposal of different optimization options in budgets.
  • Completion of budget requirements within given TAT without delays.
  • Preparation of various reports on cost analysis of projects as per management needs.
