Learning Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching, problem-solving, and hands-on project-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educators to design and develop engaging learning experiences that promote critical thinking and creativity.
  • Support Educators: Assist in creating worksheets, workbooks, and project templates that align with our STEM programs.
  • Session Preparation: Prepare for and assist in STEM sessions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for students.
  • Mentorship: Mentor students in building DIY science projects with real-world applications, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
  • Classroom Management: Ensure classroom engagement, provide feedback on learning progress, and help manage classroom activities and materials inventory.
Requirements:
  • Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Sciences or Applied Mathematics (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Hands-on project-building mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Passion for Teaching: Passion for teaching, creativity, and inspiring young learners.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, dependable, and organized.
