Job Overview:

The role of the Assistant Treasury Manager is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily financial tasks, including cash management, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and manage the organization's liquidity and bank relationships.
  • Oversee and manage debt obligations, ensuring all are met on time.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to gather data for cash forecasting and to facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a treasury or financial function.
  • Proficiency in financial principles and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and maintain compliance standards.
  • Interest in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
