We are looking for a creative and experienced professional to lead our social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with the latest fashion and cultural trends.
  • Plan and schedule monthly social media calendars, shoot plans, and product highlights.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and editors to manage content shoots.
  • Work with the marketing team to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to deliverables.
  • Monitor insights, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and community building activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven 2-4 years of experience in managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and Indian fashion trends.
  • Ability to shoot basic content via phone when needed.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools is a plus.
