Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end payments process, ensuring timely and compliant processing of all payments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting processes and chart of accounts requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the payment process from start to finish
  • Ensure all payments are processed in a timely and compliant manner
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce defects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Verify expense types and supporting documents for travel claims
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with set KPIs and SLAs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of accounting principles and apply them to real-world scenarios

Qualifications and Experience

  • Finance degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of financial experience in a multinational corporate environment
  • Proven experience in building and developing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage remote teams and prioritize tasks effectively
