We are a global company headquartered in Finland, specializing in facility management services for manufacturing companies. Our expertise spans textile services across diverse industries including pharma, HORECA, Auto, food, and electronics.

As a key member of our HR team in India, you will oversee payroll processing and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of 2 days of work-from-office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire payroll process, from salary calculations and deductions to timely payment of employees.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with laws and regulations, such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and tax laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave details, benefits information, and tax-related documents.
  • Prepare and file necessary tax documents and ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and update payroll and HR policies and systems accordingly.
  • Generate reports on payroll transactions and other HR data for internal management and external authorities.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries and provide guidance to employees and stakeholders on payroll and HR matters.
