Technical Bridge Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical bridge specialist to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

This position involves acting as a liaison between offshore and onsite teams, translating business needs into structured technical documentation, and coordinating with technical leads, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, project management, and effective client communication. They will also have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 qualified and above).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into structured technical documentation for the development team.
  • Act as a liaison between offshore and onsite teams.
  • Coordinate with technical leads, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • MBA or master's degree preferred but not mandatory if strong experience exists.
  • 3–8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs)
  • Strong understanding of frontend/backend architecture and DevOps workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • 2 Years+ experience in project execution, client-facing roles, and cross-border team collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N3 Qualified and above (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in business English.
