**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage the entire IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

This role requires strong coordination skills, effective collaboration with internal IT and support teams, and the ability to track and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities efficiently.
  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools.
  • Prepare regular asset reports using MS Excel.
  • Monitor compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Relevant experience in IT asset management or coordination.
  • Good understanding of the asset lifecycle process.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting).
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
