Senior Technical Solutions Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Solutions Manager to lead our technical sales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation strategies and developing tailored solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Modernization Strategy:

Develop and implement digital modernization strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.

Technical Sales Support:

Provide technical expertise to support sales teams in identifying client pain points and crafting innovative solutions.

Channels Development Expertise:

Collaborate with internal teams to design and promote multi-channel strategies that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Architectural Leadership:

Provide guidance on API-first design, microservices architecture, and integration strategies to deliver flexible and scalable solutions for clients.

Revenue Growth and Business Development:

Drive sales growth by aligning technical knowledge with strategic opportunities in digital transformation and modernization.

Technical Governance and Risk Mitigation:

Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices and comply with regulatory and security requirements.

Team Collaboration and Enablement:

Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with technology capabilities and roadmaps.

Metrics and Reporting:

Define and monitor KPIs related to technical sales support, client satisfaction, and digital transformation outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in technical and sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles in Fortune 500 environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels development, API-first strategies, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities for enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with knowledge of cloud migration and hybrid-cloud strategies.
