About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our digital healthcare data platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Ownership:
    • Develop and implement product strategies for payer-side integrations, utilizing RESTful APIs, RPA bots, email ingestion, and more.
    • Design reusable integration patterns for payers with varying technical maturity levels.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions.
  • Transaction Platform Management:
    • Manage and enhance the core transaction pipeline for health insurance processes, including preauthorization, enhancements, discharge, and settlements.
    • Ensure reliable, idempotent transaction orchestration that supports both API-based and semi-automated workflows.
    • Drive platform performance, auditability, and robustness at scale.
  • Data-Driven Transaction Monitoring:
    • Define key performance metrics: latency, success/failure rates, retries, drop-offs, etc.
    • Work with data engineering and analytics teams to build dashboards and alerting systems for internal and external use.
    • Translate data insights into continuous platform improvements and innovations.
  • Execution & Delivery:
    • Lead cross-functional sprints with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
    • Owning documentation, enablement for go-to-market teams, and internal training processes.
    • Maintain a healthy backlog, drive sprint discipline, and provide transparent updates on roadmap progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with customer success, operations, and client onboarding teams to streamline payer onboarding journeys.
    • Act as the product point-of-contact throughout the integration lifecycle from onboarding to steady-state operations.
