**Job Role:** Deputy Project Manager

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects as a Deputy Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing single projects of high volume, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Must have executed single project of volume more than 500 crores.
  • Thorough knowledge of Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, Claims required.
  • Ability to resolve issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, Local Bodies Permissions necessary.
  • Construction Methods, Materials and Legal Regulations knowledge required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare details of project plans considering timelines, resource allocation and cost estimates.
  • Monitor and control the progress of projects by making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  • Create collaborative and high-performance working environment.
  • Negotiate with contractors, suppliers and other vendors.
  • Plan resources, manpower and materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.

Requirements:

  • Understand Accounting Principles, Financial Aspects, Risk Management, Strategic Decisions etc.
  • Assess approvals of project expenditure considering its financial implications on project cost.
  • Understand and execute quality control measures, safety rules and regulations.
