AI Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned delivery leader to drive the execution of AI and GenAI initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in programme governance, agile practices, and team management.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption. They will work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  • Drive alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact.
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a delivery leader or programme manager in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programmes.
  • Strong technical skills, including Agile methodologies and programme governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
